About

Two companies. Seven industries. One obsession with measurable outcomes.

I'm Austin Griner. I started my first company at 22 with $15,000 and a beat-up truck. I'm now running my second, a marketing agency called Revive out of downtown Miami.

The first business.

After studying business at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (Stafford School of Business), I put together a plan for a residential moving company, pitched an investor, raised $15K, and moved to Tallahassee to start it. Griner Moving Services LLC launched on September 1, 2017, at 3143 W. Tharpe Street.

Over six years, we scaled to a fleet of trucks, a team of drivers and crew, a second location in Mobile, Alabama, and multi-million in annual revenue. We carried USDOT 3558541 and MC-1194357. Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services license IM3159. We did local residential moves, long-distance, commercial and office relocations, military moves, student moves (Tallahassee has FSU and FAMU), packing services, and private storage.

I learned the things you don't learn in a classroom: how to build a brand in a commodity category, how to run paid ads to homeowners on a tight margin, how to hire and retain crew, how to survive cash-flow death spirals. Most of all, I learned that the difference between a service business that compounds and one that grinds to a halt is almost always the marketing and operations engine — not the service itself.

In 2023 I sold the business and moved to Miami to be closer to my son. That was the reason — everything else followed from it. Revive Agency came next because helping other founders build their own systems was a career I could do from home, around school pickup and dinner. The second business.

Revive Agency is a full-service marketing firm I founded in December 2023. We serve service-based businesses and direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands across seven industries. The work spans paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), SEO, social, web design, CRO, lifecycle (Klaviyo email and SMS), and a CRM/automation stack we call RYZE.

The thesis is simple: most agencies hand clients a quarterly plan and disappear. We stay inside the business. We own the numbers with you. We move in days, not months. Month-to-month billing. No contracts.

Real work across 7 industries. Real strategies. Real growth systems.

What I'm good at.

  • Scaling DTC e-commerce brands — especially in the post-iOS, post-ATT landscape where Meta attribution has gone sideways and creative is the new targeting.
  • Building acquisition engines from scratch — taking a founder's domain expertise and packaging it into ads, landing pages, lifecycle flows, and SEO content that compounds.
  • Bridging paid + organic — most agencies pick one side. Treating them as one system is where the compounding happens.
  • Being the operator in the room — I've run a real business through real recessions. That changes how I think about "growth" vs. "survival."

Outside of work.

I'm a dad first. I moved to Miami specifically to be closer to my son, and I structure my week around being present for him — school pickup, weekends, the regular stuff that matters. That's not a marketing line. It's the reason the previous chapter of my career ended.

Revive is designed to fit that life. Founder-led agency, small on purpose, no client engagement that requires me to miss a Tuesday pickup. It works because the kind of founder who hires me usually has a similar calculus — family, business, and the small list of things that actually matter in that order.

What I'm not.

I'm not a thought-leadership content machine. I don't sell courses. I don't do hour-long audits for strangers on LinkedIn DM. My time goes into Revive clients, my son, and my own companies — in that order.

If you're a founder who wants to actually move something — not read a 70-slide deck about it — book a free audit.
