Running Revive
Most of my week is Revive Agency client work. Current active focus: two DTC accounts in scale-up mode, a home-services account running a local-SEO rebuild, and a founder-led service company deploying a content-program launch.
Writing more
I've committed to publishing one essay per month on austinjgriner.com. The backlog of ideas is longer than my backlog of time. Current drafts in progress:

Hiring (selectively)

Taking new Revive clients
Accepting two new clients in the current quarter. Preferred fit: DTC e-commerce with $1M+ annual revenue, or service businesses with multi-location operations. Book an audit.
Not doing
- Not taking on speaking engagements outside South Florida until Q4.
- Not starting a podcast.
- Not writing a book.
- Not offering one-off consulting calls. If you need me, hire Revive.
